Free observation deck

Takasaki City Hall has a free observation deck on the 21st floor which is reportedly 90 meters high. The observation hall has high ceilings and floor to ceiling windows on two sides, so on a clear day you can see pretty far. The staff at city hall are, in my experience, very helpful. There is also a free self service information area where you can pick up information about living in Takasaki.
