Karintei in Tsubame is a restaurant that specializes in omurice, but even if you're not an omurice fan they have other menu items like Neapolitan pasta, doria, and even poke bowls. There is plentiful parking right beside the restaurant, too, so you shouldn't have any issue finding a spot. Keep in mind they're a cash only venue if you plan on visiting.
