This outlet park is easily accessible and does not even take a minute from the closest train station, Kaihimmakuhari (海浜幕張駅). It has brands from a variety of categories such as sports wear (Adidas, Nike, Puma, etc.), camping goods and everyday brands (GAP, CecilMcBee, etc,). It is divided into 4 different spaces each harboring a different category. They also have a lot of possibilities to rest and relax, not only through restaurants and cafes but also by providing benches in different parts of the park. I find the prices are not too different from sales prices from the regular store so I's say, if you are close by anyway I recommend having a look but if you live a little bit farther away I wouldn't say it's worth the trip.
