Nikusho is a perfect spot to eat at if you're a meat lover, and I appreciate it here because the restaurant is supplied by a local meat wholesaler so you've got both beef and pork sourced from Niigata Prefecture on offer. There are pork or beef steaks, kalbi bowls, pork cutlets, beef stew, and more, and price-wise I feel like it's reasonable, especially given the portion size and how filling the meals are. There is a good amount of seating inside, with both low floor tables and standard Western tables available to sit at. Parking is available directly out front.
