Vegan Gyoza Yu is a super delicious eatery in the Taito ward area of Tokyo, and even if you're not vegan you won't miss the meat. They've got numerous gyoza types which are designated by the outer colored gyoza skin, so it's easy to tell them apart. Super flavorful and filling, yet still light and didn't leave us feeling weighed down. Definitely worth trying if you're in the area.
