Basic PA with access to a larger resort

The Sakudaira Parking Area on the way to Tokyo looks basic at first glance, but you can actually exit by car, or walk many stairs, to a larger resort with many different attractions and facilities. You will find a review for the larger resort - Saku Ski Garden - below. However, the part of the "parking area" right by the highway just has a food court, toilets, vending machines and a smoking area.
