Echigo Horinouchi Station

Dated and questionably clean

Echigo Horinouchi Station is one of the smaller stations on the Joetsu local line, and because of this it's an unmanned station building. I believe this is a fairly recent change, though, because there's still a desk there like it was staffed at one point. It's quite a dated station -- I doubt money is put into the upkeep because it's not very heavily used -- and as a result it has a bit of a grimy feel to it. Bathroom areas could do with a lot more maintenance.
