Pet friendly Swedish Cafe along the river
ÅTER is truely a hidden gem in Higashi-Ojima. Nestled in a standalone park along the river, it gives an extremely cozy vibe with exceptional service and a beautiful view. They have great coffees which can be paired with freshly baked Swedish goodies!
