Sumptuous bento for occasions

For special occasions, Ajisaiji does takeaway and delivery bento. The bento we received for a special event was in a nijubako, a two-layered bento box. The bottom layer has a generous amount of delicately flavored chirashizushi with aji fish. The second layer contains a variety of simmered seasonal vegetables, cold cuts, fried fish, and fruit. The attention to detail was startling - little cherry blossom petals cut from kamaboko adorned the items. The portions are just right and very attractively presented.
