A must visit for fans of My Neighbour Totoro

A great place to visit for fans of the Ghibli classic My Neighbour Totoro, especially kids, particularly as it is close to Tokyo. Please note it is only open on Tuesdays, Wednesdays and Saturdays from 10 am to 3 pm. There is a large Totoro statue in one of the tatami rooms downstairs as well as Totoro paraphernalia in two of the three buildings. The "kura" storehouse also has diorama from the movie. The house is part of the larger Totoro Fund's Totoro Forest. It is essentially free in, but as the place is run by volunteers and sustained by contributions, they welcome donations.
