Awesome place for meat

Well-cooked steak can be hard to come by in Japan and really expensive when you are able to find it. It’s even more difficult to find other meats like lamb or duck. I’ve been to Hanasaki quite a few times and their meats are always really well cooked, I’d be hard pressed to find a place that prepares meat better than they do in Japan, unless you’re looking for some specific famous types of meat like wagyu or kurobuta. They also do a more reasonably priced and pretty nice brunch.
