Australian Mexican chain in the heart of Harajuku
Another one of my favorite Tokyo spots to grab some Mexican food is at Guzman Y Gomez. The store I visit is the one in Harajuku, at the Laforet Mall complex, but in late 2017 there was an additional store opened in Shibuya as well. They operate in a similar vein to Frijoles, which I reviewed as well recently. Guzman Y Gomez has a larger choice of proteins to add to your tacos/burritos/burrito bowls, including grilled chicken (a regular and a spicy kind), slow cooked beef, pan seared fish, grilled flank steak, pulled pork, and even sauteed veggies for the non meat eaters. Price wise, something like a regular sized burrito bowl will set you back 820 yen (a large is 1320 yen). They've also got churros here, which for me was a welcome menu addition! The store here is open 7 days a week, from 11am until 9pm daily.
