Scones, cakes, and coffee

TAW coffee shop in Koenji is a nice spot for a coffee and some cake or a scone, and you'll definitely appreciate it if you don't drink dairy as they have both soy and oat milk on their menu -- it's something I don't see all that often at cafes here, so I was encouraged! I feel like the prices are definitely Tokyo prices though, with a slice of carrot cake priced at almost 600 yen for example. Quality was fab, though!
