Tasty homemade noodles

Fujitora is a ramen restaurant in Nagaoka, and the drawcard here is that the noodles are homemade. Ordering is done via a vending machine system, so you will need to know at least some Japanese, go with a friend who does, or muddle your way through via Google Translate. Most dishes are priced between about 900 to 1200 yen, for some idea of what you will expect to pay. They are closed every Wednesday and Sunday, so keep that in mind if you plan on visiting.
