Free views of the Tateyama mountain range and Toyama Bay

I always appreciate free/budget friendly activities, and if you're in Toyama the Toyama Port Observation Deck gives some great views of the Tateyama mountain range and Toyama Bay for no cost. The tower itself is just over 24 meters high, and it has quite a unique appearance from an architectural standpoint! While I wouldn't go out of my way for it, it's cool to check out if you're nearby.
