Great value, student deals available
Buddha is an Indian restaurant in Niigata's Akiha ward, and I think they offer some really good value for money when it comes to the meals they serve. If you're a student in Japan they also have student deals, which I don't come across too often here! Like most places here the lunch sets are the best deals (11am-3pm with last orders at 2.30pm), with some meals priced as low as 990 yen. With that you get your choice of curry, plan naan or rice, and a salad and drink. You can even change the drink to draft beer for an extra 200 yen!
