Watts Okegawa

Watch out for the non 100 yen goods!

Watts is a chain of 100 yen shop. It is my least favorite of all the 100 yen chains out there! Unlike many other 100 yen chain stores, Watts goods look their price - cheap! Moreover, in the last year they seem to have an increase of goods that cost more than 300 yen. And in this branch in Okegawa they don't clearly mark which goods are more than 100 yen. Yesterday we picked up two items that we know for a fact are still only 100 yen in our local Daiso. Meanwhile in this branch of Watts one item was 300 yen, the other 450 yen. Neither of the items had the prices on them, so we didn't realize until we were at the cash registrar and ended up buying them anyway.
