Kadoya is a cash-only corner ramen store in the Tsubame area of Niigata, and they have various types on offer -- miso ramen, tantanmen, curry ramen, and more. There are also udon dishes, yakisoba, and some heartier menu items like katsudon and oyakodon. This is definitely a place that's easier to get to by car (it's basically between Tsubame and Tsubame-Sanjo Stations, so not really convenient on foot) and there is parking available in a lot just across the street.
