Trendy cafe at a Karinto factory

Layer Cafe sells homemade tapioca tea and an original "layer" cake. The cafe also sells several of the products from the neighboring karinto factory. There is just a small seating area indoors and an even smaller outdoor seating area. The outdoor area has a swing chair and a view of a small bamboo forest with the gushing Arakawa river behind it.
