Cozy bistro, excellent sake and seasonal menu
Kifune, a small restaurant with a long counter for seating, is an experience. The chefs prepare seasonal produce and seafood in delicous teishoku with fusion and traditional flavours. We had braised fish, pork prepared as tsukudani, a lemon and herb curry, and small sides. The specialty is Izu Seven Islands and Ogasawara cusine. The chefs also have a great selection of sake and serve "flights" so you can compare. The restaurant is open from Friday to Sunday and some holidays for lunch and dinner.
