    This Chicago Devil is Legit

If you're in Tokyo and looking for a real deep dish pizza, this joint is the one to go! Serving Chicago style pizzas, this little multi-floor shop is extremely popular and you definitely should try to get a reservation before heading in, or else you can expect an hour wait or longer if you go on a weekend evening. My friend from Chicago told me straight up at that what this place serves is genuine, so even if you've never been to Chicago, here is an opportunity in Tokyo for you to taste it. For those who enjoys a drink with pizza, they have a great variety of craft beers for you to order as well. Expect to be spending 3000+ per person here, but the pizza here is definitely worth it.

Chicago Style Deep Dish that hits the spot

I should preface this by saying that I haven't actually tried Chicago Deep Dish pizza in Chicago, so I don't know quite "how" true this stuff is to its' origins. In saying that, if you're after some deep dish pizza in a fun environment this is for you. Devilcraft has three locations in Tokyo - in Kanda, Hamamatsucho and Gotanda - but I've only been to the Kanda location so this review is about there. The pizza that my husband and I like to order is the Devil Works pizza, and it comes with pepperoni, salami, sausage, mushroom, red onion, green pepper, spinach, fresh tomato, black olives and stuffed green olives. When they're busy they usually give you the heads up that it can take up to an hour to get that deep dish out to your table, so just keep that in mind (it hasn't taken us that long, but just a word of warning nonetheless). They also enforce a one drink per customer rule so that's another one to remember before you go. The food is good and it's a fun atmosphere, only downsides are the wait, that it's sometimes difficult to get a table (always try and reserve ahead if you can) and that it's not the cheapest pizza around (3500 yen for a large). Taste wise though, it's delish!
