A Tad Expensive, but Interesting Proprietors

I hadn’t had a burrito in ages, so I looked around on Google Maps to try to find something and found Cactus Burrito near Musashi Shinjo station. It’s about a ten-minute walk from the station and the place was a lot smaller than expected, with only three tables seating roughly twelve people at any given time. The burrito I came for was priced at around 1500 yen. The price varies depending on the kind of meat you want and, to a lesser degree, if you want rice or french fries as the starch in the burrito. Despite my wallet complaining, my taste buds were quite happy. The two ladies working the restaurant during my visit were an interesting pair. I didn’t converse with either of them, so I can’t confirm. Going by how naturally the one making all the food dropped F-bombs in the kitchen after she misplaced her knife, I would say at least one of them has a pretty good grasp of English.
