    Hokkaido Style Creamy Pasta

Mia Bocca is apparently a chain that originated from Hokkaido. There are a few stores around Tokyo as I've been told, but the one directly north of Musashi-Koganei Station in Tokyo is the subject here. The restaurant space is relatively small but cozy and clean. It's still a newer restaurant, so everything still looks new or new-ish. With good weather conditions, there looks to be outdoor seating available. Staff are quite prompt and accommodating. The menu is mostly of the creamy variety, from what I can remember. They don't have much variety and the menu is small. They seem to use Hokkaido milk for their white sauce, and it gives the pasta a savoury sweet flavour with just enough creaminess to satisfy. The restaurant is a decent place to eat, but it's not a big affair.
