Tofu specialty store

Mamekoubo Itou is a tofu specialty store located in the Agano area of Niigata, but they don't just sell pressed blocks of tofu -- you'll find a ton of tofu-related products here, including fried tofu, tofu ice cream, and more. I think it's a fun way to appreciate this versatile product in different ways, certainly in ways that I wasn't accustomed to before living here. They're closed on Sundays and Wednesdays but open from 10am until 4pm every other day. There's a JA premises right next door and I just parked there.
