Kinoka is a ramen restaurant in Niigata's Nishi Ward, and the specialty here is a fried burdock root ramen. It's fun for the visual appeal factor, and super tasty as well! Along with some other types of ramen, they also do a really solid garlic fried rice here. They're closed every Monday, so just keep that in mind if you plan on stopping by. Parking is available directly in front of the restaurant.
