Indian, Nepali and Thai Dining and Entertainment
A Kashiwa institution is Lumbini a short walk from Kashiwa Station east exit. The menu is easy to navigate for vegetarians and carnivores alike. They make great Indian curries and perfectly fluffy nan. Some treats are cheese nan, momos (the Nepali answer to gyoza), proper samosas and South East Asian classics like Vietnamese pho and Thai spring rolls. Besides the awesome food, the restaurant has a big screen where they show games, bangra videos, and even royal weddings. Every month, there are music and belly dancing nights. It’s a great place for a date, hanging out with friends, or a birthday party. Lumbini is open 24 hours.
