Wave pool...sans the wave

The summer seasonal outdoor pool beside Chichibu Muse Park opened in summer in 2023 for the first time in four years, but only very briefly. They ultimately decided to close it due to safety concerns, because the wave pool was broken. The name of the pool is "nagareru pool", which means flowing pool and is often used to mean wave pool. Not much of a wave pool without the wave. Hopefully they'll have it fixed for next year, because we like this spot because thanks to the altitude and the pool, we can escape the heat of summer, if only briefly.
