Whimsical cafe in Niigata

Jelicafe is a super cute cafe in Niigata City, and it's perfect if you like Instagrammable places. It's got a very European feel to it, and the cuisine is also quite European in nature with some Japanese flourishes. They have several set menu items including pasta and toast (1500 yen), curry (1400 yen), or gratin (1200 yen) to name just a few. If you just want dessert they have several options there, as well. Menus are mostly in Japanese with some basic English translations, but they do have photos of each dish. Worth a visit if you're in the area!
