Canele specialty store
Premium Canele Iru is (as you may have gathered) a specialty canele store in the Shibata area of Niigata Prefecture. They have a good lineup of canele options on any given day, with flavors like salted caramel, chocolate, or pistachio just some of the ones that were available on my visit. The actual store itself is nice and modern, having only opened in 2022.
