Kojimaya Nagaoka

Great soba

If you enjoy soba noodles, then Kojimaya in Nagaoka is a great place to check out. There's a branch in Tokamachi as well, but I think that most people would probably find this store more convenient to visit. The store itself is very modern in terms of design and aesthetic, and the hegi soba here is excellent. The presentation is very nice, and the taste/texture is fab. Highly rate their tempura as well, it's perfectly crisp without feeling greasy.
