Cafe and Dining Toshi is a cozy restaurant that serves as a cafe in the daytime, and a dining bar in the evening. The menu is eclectic, but mostly Italian inspired. You'll find classic pasta dishes. Toshi also does antipasto with bruschetta, olives, cheeses, pickled vegetables and cured meats. During Japan's pandemic state of emergency, Toshi is offering a selection of bento take out meals, including Korean bibimbap with a generous amount of vegetables, and a mixed bento with meat, sides, rice, and pickles. Right now, when you dine in, Toshi asks diners to bring masks and clean hands with provided alcohol spray.
