JINS Glasses

Inexpensive glasses, friendly service

One thing I noticed when I moved to Japan was that glasses seemed to be great value. JINS is a chain that you'll find in many spots across Japan, and one of my nearest JINS stores now is in Niigata City. I already had a pair of glasses from JINS that I had purchased when I was living in Tokyo, but needed to get them adjusted - and the staff at this store location were friendly and fixed them right up. One of the best things about JINS is that often times, if your prescription doesn't have any sort of unusual deviations then you can get your glasses done within about an hour! I was surprised when I first got glasses here because of how quick the turnaround time was. The current glasses I have were only 5000 yen - and that's for both frame and the lenses. Can't beat those prices!
