Quality baked goods

At Kasukabe Station there are lots of dining and takeout options. The bakery cafe at the west side of the station is long gone, but there is now a bakery window, One Hundred Bakery, a few steps from the station. The bakery does loaves of bread, muffins, and variations on toast. I opted for rusks and was impressed. They're crispy, hearty, and favored with spices and dried fruits perfect for a breakfast or a snack. One Hundred Bakery is take out only. Note that they don't accept PayPay but other cashless payments. The packaging is mindful - minimal plastic wrapped in twine and packed in paper bags.
