Blending art and geology

"Mineralized Landscape" is an outdoor art installation which is part of a previous year's Echigo Tsumari Art Triennale, but you can see it even on years when the event isn't taking place. It's a fairly unassuming artwork, but when you look closer you can appreciate how cool it is. Local limestone has been used for lithograph prints of things like lilies, trees, and the sea!
