Bites of Japan #19 - Vegan Tonkotsu Ramen
This restaurant is conveniently located right next to the Harajuku station on the Chiyoda line. You take an elevator up to the second floor and are seated right away. The interior is cozy with a lot of seating area. The menu is available in English and also the staff is fluent in English. I chose the Vegan Kobonshan which has a roasted garlic oil broth and it was one of the most aesthetic bowls of ramen I've had in Japan till now. The broth had this earthy burnt garlic taste and the soya chunks has a nice chew to them. I paired it up with gyoza in a set and those were perfectly seared too. I'd definitely recommend you to try this place out. My recommendations - Vegan Kobonshan set with 3 gyoza
