Small, but beautiful
The Seseragi Iris Garden (Shobuen) is relatively small, but the flowers are really beautiful. Moreover, there is a lovely wooden boardwalk through the iris ponds. It is located beside (practically in) Yamazaki Park. The parking for both is the same. It is a small parking area and during iris season it is hard to get a parking spot. The area is very built up and there is no coin parking in the immediate area, so its best to come on foot. I think the iris garden and park were probably designed for local's use rather than for tourists, but the iris garden frequently features in magazines and on TV so in June it attracts people from far and wide.
