Perfect date night meal location

If you're living in the western Tokyo area, I highly recommend Doitei in Ome if you're planning a date night. They have awesome teppanyaki-style beef, fish, veggies, etc (always fun to watch the chef prepare your meal in front of you) plus a wide range of wine and sake if you'd like an alcoholic drink to go with your food. The standard beef set is ¥ 6,200 and that includes salad, meat, rice, miso soup, and grilled veggies, plus ice cream and your choice of coffee or tea to go with that. We weren't disappointed and would recommend it to others looking for a nice meal option in the area.
