Best Yokohama iekei Ever
Hands down, this is the best Yokohama iekei I have ever eaten. I had been a regular there since it opened, and I have eaten there at least 30 times. For a ramen type that has started in Yokohama, I was surprised to find this Gifu origin shop to be better than anything I have tasted! Their soup is rich and creamy. The chicken grease is light and does not upset your stomach. The portion is really filling too, even without the free rice offered at lunch. I would recommend getting seaweed and extra spinach as toppings, but make sure you ask for the free onions too!

Delicious Spicy Miso Ramen
This place has amazing spicy miso ramen. They typically serve their ramen with boiled quail eggs, which is great if you love them. My favorite part was the extremely spicy option, which I used. For Japanese food it was pretty spicy, but for American food, maybe not so much. It was just perfect! Aside from miso, they have tonkustsu!
