Local produce and hamburg

I don’t expect much from mall restaurants but this hamburg shop at Kashiwa’s Station Mall is an exception. Our server brought a basket of vegetables to our table and explained that the featured dish presents diners with choices. We were offered locally grown eggplants and red radishes. We decided on sharing a salad that came with purple potatoes, crisp salad, and enoki mushrooms. The dressing was tangy and had a lot of aromatic herbs and vegetables in it. The hamburg was garnished with beets and I wanted more. The price is reasonable for hamburg, a side of salad and either rice or bread.
