Cozy Chinese restaurant in central Noda
Chinese Japanese food isn’t Chinese food, but it’s still delicious and filling. Koba’s menu has typical Japanese renditions of vegetable, meat, noodle and rice dishes. The food is reasonably priced, with gyoza lunch (rice, pickles, soup, five fried gyoza) for just ¥500. It’s a good light meal. You can ask for rice “okawari”, second helping, too. Koba has a few things going for it. Free Wifi is available, there is an English menu, it’s close to Atago Station, and most nights, it’s open until 2 a.m.
