Expensive for a Fancy Food Court
If you are really into meatballs, then this is a good shop for you. The food is great, the seasonings are well balanced, and this is the shop's specialty after all. For the rest of us, we will find the price tag on the food too expensive, especially when it is in the Food Hall, which is basically a fancy looking food court. The shop is also placed right next to the exit, so your dining experience might also depend on how busy it gets, and it does get busy during lunch time when people working there rush the food hall. The food itself is great, but I wish it was either cheaper or that the location was better.

Quick, Slightly Expensive Meatballs
Meatballs aren't usually the first thing one would think of for fast food, but Susan's Meat Ball is set up to be received in that way. They have two shops in Kanto, one in Hibiya and one in the Ikspiari in Urayasu. The one I went to was the one in Hibiya. It's set up a lot like a Subway, but your order is simpler. You tell the cashier if you want rice, bread, or a bun, and then you're given the choice of beef, pork, or chicken meatballs. Lastly, you choose a sauce to go on your order, and you are asked if you'd like any sides. The meatballs are leagues ahead of the Subway meatballs and they have a decent amount of flavour in them. The texture definitely feels like meat, not the kind of mushy substance you would usually get in a fast-food joint. The price is a bit expensive for what you get, though. For 1,200 yen, I could have my stomach filled at another establishment. The serving portion is a bit small in relation to its price tag, in my opinion. However, taking into account that it is a specialty food shop, it might be a reasonable price for others. Seating is spacious, although limited. Considering the location and its proximity to other restaurants, this particular shop seems to have reserved sufficient space for its diners.
