Elevated station
I quite like Yurakucho station. It is an elevated station, which is quite common in Tokyo, but the difference with Yurakucho station is that it sits atop a row of eateries / pubs under the train lines, that you can enter at street level right below the tracks. Its quite charming and quintessential Tokyo.

Centrally located
Yurakucho Station is served by several lines: the JR Yamanote Line and Keihin-Tōhoku Line, plus the Tokyo Metro Yurakucho Line, so it's definitely convenient in terms of connectivity. It also has the benefit of being centrally located to a number of the city's important venues, such as the Tokyo International Forum which is just a minute away on foot. I feel like the station itself has a cool atmosphere, too, with a number of businesses situated under the tracks.
