Even cheaper than Shimamura

If you are familiar with Shimamura you know its one of the cheapest clothing stores in Japan. But with Shimamura its relatively good quality. Paseos is even cheaper than Shimamura, but I don't think the quality is as good. Once upon a time these type of stores had more appeal for picking up disposable clothing. I am more ecologically aware now so I very rarely shop there. The last time was to pick up a cheap umbrella, which it was an ideal store for!
