If you are looking for beauty services in Tokyo, I recommend Elana Jade in Azabu Juban. I visit there occasionally when I'm in Tokyo, but used to visit more frequently when I lived in the city, and I've had good experiences every time. They do everything from nails and lashes to massages and facials, and I would highly recommend their hot stone option if you need some relaxation in your life. Prices are higher than what I'm used to back in Australia for the same kind of services, but I guess that comes with the territory of being located in prime Tokyo real estate and catering to expat clientele.
