Paradoxically named one coin cafe

Cafe Modern Times is a retro cafe in Sukagawa City, beside the Hotel Wing International. The cafe only opens for five hours a day and strange hours too - from 11.15 am to 4.30 pm! It serves light meals and nostalgic treats, such as knickerbocker glories. The main draw of the cafe is that they have one coin meals, but the choice of the cheap meals isn't great. It also seems that the shop is under-staffed and thus you have to wait to order / get your food.
