If you need a pshychiatrist in Osaka, Dr. Ikegami is very fluent in English and there is also a receptionist/pharmasist who is a native English speaker working there. He is able to diagnose ADHD for adults while other local clinics are often not able to do this or turn away people who would like to use their native language for accuracy. They have forms available in English. You will have to call for an appointment and the wait is a few weeks or longer. National health care is accepted.
