Bites of Japan #2 - Halal Chinese + Uzbek Cuisine

We stumbled upon this restaurant while exploring the famous Ameyoko Market in Ueno. Surprised to see a poster of a halal Chinese restaurant we thought of giving it a try. Upon entry we didn't find any staff, only customers having their meal. Soon after a staff member arrived and ushered us in. The interior was quite lush and fancy. After handing us an iPad to order on a staff member abruptly interrupted us to make sure we can pay only in cash. Both the staff members looked quite young and flustered not trained at all to deal with customers at all. Being a Chinese restaurant, we were amazed to find Uzbek cuisine items on the menu as well. The food came in huge quantity so it was totally worth the price. Both Chinese and Uzbek dishes tasted delicious. The Chinese beef was a bit on the oily side. I would like to visit the restaurant again for the food but I wish the staff was a bit more professionally trained.
