Gone downhill in recent years

This used to be a really good Ophthalmology Clinic, but having revisited it recently, I noticed straightaway that it has gone downhill. I since noticed that its reviews have also gone down too. It was highly rated in the past, but now it has mostly one-star reviews. My own experience - I had three visits over three weeks to two different doctors - both missed the fact that it was three ingrown eyelashes causing irritation to my eye, not an allergy as they suggested. The reception staff and nurses are professional and efficient, so I will give it three stars for now.
