Kichijoji Cosmo

A quirky mix of shops and services

I was first drawn into Kichijoji Cosmo for the karaoke - a Manekineko, but ultimately decided not to do karaoke. The building doesn't look much from the outside, but I was still surprised to see how old it is once indoors. It has a retro vibe. Apart from Karaoke, it is home to a couple of restaurants (includind a saizeriya), a sauna and a pachinko! The first floor has some fashion shops.
