Clam broth ramen
Mannish is a restaurant located at the AEON Niigata Aoyama store, and they specialize in ramen with clam-based broth. It's surprisingly light-feeling and has a good depth of flavor to it. Because it's a restaurant located at a mall food court, there are no issues with finding parking or finding a seat, as both are plentiful.
